Your service rep (Shayan) arrived 15 minutes early and waited for us to return from shopping. He was quick to catch on to our issues which were mostly unfamiliarity with the LG heat pump systems in a home we have recently moved into. He walked us through the various control devices and relieved our frustration. He was also able to locate and close off an outdoor water source that needed to be shut down for winter. First, the plumbing tech & assistant showed up at the beginning of the 2 hour window. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and came with quality tools and equipment to work with. Within 90 minutes the drainage issues were assessed and solved. Other companies had come and given quotes on a likely job with more complicated work plans at a much higher cost. Spencer, the senior tech, and his assistant Sadek were total professionals.
